2019/20

RGPc is proud to announce the 2 recipients of the 2019/20 Specialized Geriatric Services (SGS) Quality Improvement Grant:

One grant was awarded for the project titled, A Cup a Day Keeps Dehydration Away: A Quality Improvement Initiative to Increase Hydration with a Dose-restricting Dysphagia Cup, led by Julia Colangeli, Speech-Language Pathologist at Hotel Dieu Shaver Health & Rehabilitation Centre.

The second grant was awarded for the project titled, Developing the prototype for a standardized open-access online modular education program: Enhancing practice specific to sexual expression and intimacy in older adults with dementia led by Katelynn Viau Aelick, Project Coordinator for Behavioural Supports Ontatio (BSO) Provincial Coordinating Office (PCO).
